Maximize & Communicate

Coaching

Coaching unlocks a person’s potential and maximizes their own performance. It helps them to learn rather than being taught.

The client sets their own agenda and the process is about change and taking action.

In a previous “Minute with Maxwell Video” a coach is defined by John, as “someone who can come alongside of you and can correct you without criticizing you in a way that is negative in your life.

A coach is a word that means “coming together.” Coming together and sharing together, teaching, listening and leading our coaching methods involve the ability to understand you, stay where you live, think how you think and understand your perspectives.

From this benchmark, we will put yet another perspective on top, to develop you to gently envision a different way. Individual – one-to-one individual and confidential coaching. In a one-to-one coaching our number one goal is to help you reach your purpose, vision and goals by working with a program that suits your needs.

Together we will create a strategic plan and an effective way for you to gain clarity through a weekly process including integration and accountability.

  • What are you doing to invest in others?

Groups – smaller teams, on-site, webinars and videos. When we work with teams, the whole team’s contribution and approach boosts prosperous discussions and furthers results to develop solutions that are beyond what any individual can create by themselves.

The cohesive band that formes between team members gives each individual the opportunity to develop their own leadership skills in a familiar environment that nurtures the team as a whole unit. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.“

Understand others by understanding yourself

“The Brand I” is about understanding yourself, personal insight, how you communicate and how to represent your own brand and your company’s brand. How we do things and perceive things help us develop a brand.

A greater understanding and better communication skills will help you as well as your brand to grow. Common sense, reliable research and exercises will help to teach you to understand that people learn, think and communicate in more than one way. This understanding is crucial for how you communicate with your team, in your business as welk as in your family life.

It will help you to connect with and understand people in all aspects of your life, whether it is in your personal or professional life.Learn to work successfully with anyone by paying attention to basic personality differences and learn how each personality can lead, and how to combine different personalities to maintain a vital and harmonious workplace.

The four temperaments were originally proposed by Hippocrates, the father of medical science, 350 years B.C., to explain the differences in the four personalities types: Choleric, Sanguine, Phlegmatic, and Melancholic. A Choleric likes it “my way”, a Melancholy likes it “the right way”, a Sanguine likes it “the fun way”, and a Phlegmatic likes it “any way”.

Each of the following statements are true of the four basic personality types: Melancholic (Blue temperament),  Phlegmatic (Green temperament),  Sanguine (Yellow temperament) and Red temperament Choleric (Red temperament). Which of the following statements relates to you the most?

  • Whether at home or at work, I am well organized and keep everything in its proper place.
  • It is difficult for me to express excitement, even when it is very important to me.
  • When shopping at the mall, it’s not uncommon for me to forget where I parked the car.
  • I get annoyed when my employees do not follow my instructions to the letter.

By understanding yourself you will understand others and you will increase your success in all areas of life.
